2009-05-03, As She's Told: book review
Dee just finished reading a new BDSM novel over the weekend,
As She's Told by
Anneke Jacob is the
winner of the National Leather Association: International 2008 Pauline Reage Novel Award.
But what makes this book more special to us is that Dee and I consulted on the book's
electrostim descriptions for the author (we're even mentioned in the acknowledgments).

As She's Told is a wonderful story of Maia and Anders who meet online, but soon find
a strong connection when they meet in person.
Throughout the story Maia and Anders grow together in their relationship;
the reader can relate to the fears and hopes of these two characters.
Anneke Jacob expertly blends a Master/slave relationship with love, trust and commitment.
It was a fantastic story, that often made me smile, bringing back memories of my feelings
from the beginning of my relationship with Mick.
