Winter Bondage Date

December 30, 2004, End of the Masquerade
At a traditional New Year's Masquerade, everyone conceals their identity by mask or costume until the stroke of midnight, at which point everyone reveals their true selves. Well, for most of the year, we were very careful not to reveal our faces...rear shots, closeups, blindfolds and locks of strategically-placed hair kept you from seeing us. Then in June we went to West Virginia for a photo and video shoot for Equus Eroticus and Playboy TV. At that point we pretty much commited to showing ourselves to the world. The Equus magazine issue is already out, and next Spring should bring the Playboy episode, so our masks are off. We set out in 2004 with the goal of going to some fetish event or other every month, and we came very close.  January
In January we went to Tampa, Florida to visit the Master's Quest,
a local dungeon. We did one good
rope and vibrator scene
in the hotel, that wound up in the
Leap year Bondage gallery.
One of our most popular galleries in January was Bedtime Bondage, which showed how many different ways Dee sleeps in bondage every night.
February
In February we went to Chicago for Vicious Valentine, one of our most favorite fetish
events. VV always has the biggest dungeon and the most players. Now sadly, we took no photos at this year's
event, because we were so busy attending workshops and playing in the dungeon.
Then a week later, we visited Toronto to go shopping at Northbound Leather and attend a fetish party called Fetish Masquerade, held at the Reverb.
In February's Leap Year Bondage, we had a photo of Dee dressed for a party at B-Witches, and here we show the full length photo. We also showed photos from our New York trip in December.
March
In March we went back to New York to visit Paddles and attend another
private party.
These photos are from the Metal Harness gallery, which shows one of my most restrictive creations, welded steel body harness that fits Dee from crotch to neck and eveything in between. On the way to New York, we stopped in Philly and met Donna and her husband for some two-girl bondage fun. Then on the way back, we met David Lawrence and his slave judy.
April
In April we went to the Poconos to attend Carter Steven's Spring Fling.
We did take some photos there, including quite the
Roped on the Bed,
Chair Tie and
Tree Suspension galleries.
May
May was an even busier month. We finally got some good outdoor play weather, and I put Dee to
work in the backyard getting it ready for the season.
But the highlight of the month was our trip to Chicago for ShibariCon. This was the first annual rope conference with an emphasis on Japanese style bondage. Here are three of the many photos that Lochai shot of us playing.
June
In June we took advantage of the summer weather to play more outdoors (see photo at left).
In June we were invited to participate in a magazine and video shoot for Equus Eroticus which was also being filmed for Playboy TV's Sexcetera program. At the right you can see Dee being interviewed by Kira Reed, who was also the cover girl for issue number 15 of Equus Eroticus.
July
July was a busy month as we took our family vacation, so we posted a lot of saved up work on the site before
and after we left.
We didn't do a whole lot of bondage on the trip, but we did take a few flashing photos around France, Italy and Greece. 
August
We started August by driving 3000 miles west to Seattle to visit our friends
Lew Rubens and Maria Shadoes at their
summer party.
This was a campout with other members of the bondage industry who get together to play, shoot photos, and eat roast pig. From there we drove our truck and travel trailer to Reno to be ready for Burning Man, and flew home to get the kids in school. Then just three weeks later we flew back to Reno to pick up the truck and drive to Gerlach for the festival.
September
We were still at Burning Man as September started, and we took advantage of the eclectic
freedom of the event to do some public desert bondage.
Then later in the month, we attended FetishCon in Tampa Florida, a bondage industry convention. 
October
After 11 straight months of above-average rainfall, Pittsburgh finally dried out enough in October that
we had two weeks straight of outdoor play, and we certainly worked and played in the backyard.
October was the month we used out largest bondage prop...a fourty foot long garbage dumpster in the driveway. We actually didn't travel anywhere in October, but after being gone for half of August and September, we were happy to stay home and play in the backyard. 
November
November was our annual trip to Kink in the Caribbean for a week of sex, sun, rope and latex.

Our friends Scott and Mistress Rosemarie went to Kink with us, and stayed at our house for a few days afterwards. We got to shoot Dee and Scott in a couple of scenes together. Then later in the month, Michelle Wild of Michelle Wild Photography came down to Pittsburgh to shoot us playing in the bedroom for her upcoming book. December
In December we returned to Paddles, and also invited David Larence and slave judy up to our room, and had Michelle Wild over to take photos. It seems that each December I actually get even more serious about the quality of our photography. You may remember that last year I bought a set of so-called "hot lights", continuous tungsten lighting. Well the Christmas shopping season got me in the mood to upgrade to monolights, a combination high-powered flash and halogen modelling lights, along with a raft of attachments, reflectors, soft boxes, grids, diffusers and filter holders. One of the first galleries we shot with the new studio lights was Christmas Decoration, showing Dee wrapped in red and green rope and hung from the ceiling like mistletoe.

All in all, 2004 was a fantastic year for us...we attended more fetish events in more cities, met more people, and posted more naked photos of my wife to the Internet than ever before. Happy New Year to you all, and here's to an even kinkier 2005!
